📌We will be implementing the following changes moving forward regarding how 🔥 is being collected from the app.

1) Daily Rewards: From 40🔥 to 50 🔥 collected daily.

2) Video ADs: ADs can be viewed 1 time only within that 1 minute span. You can watch new ADs again at every-minute intervals.

**The following changes were set to implement a fair collection for every user and to fix some security issues within the app.

❖ This is something that we can’t control as ADs are dependent on your location, network, personalized ADs and available ADs from our provider.

❖ You can optionally connect to a VPN for testing and connect with other country, clear app caches and reload the app. 

❖ Daily rewards can be claimed once per account daily (50 Alab 🔥). You can only view 25 video ADs per day (3 Alab 🔥per ADs) and will be reset tomorrow. 

📌Please make sure your date & time was set automatically, future dates/previous date set on device will cause an issue. 

Please send a support email of the affected accounts, 🔥 will be credited back to your account.

⒈There’s an instance of the ALAB 🔥 being reset when deleting data or app storage
when switching accounts, however, it rarely happens and it’s a case-to-case basis.

⒉The connection may lost during sign-out or you encounter timeout when updating your profile.

In case you need to switch accounts, we suggest using multiple accounts or dual apps as an option.

You can register/sign in to P-POP APP with your existing Google account and Apple ID.

We are continuously improving the app and other sign-in methods will then be available in the future.

❖ Alab 🔥 are free and paid virtual points that can be used to vote on ongoing polls, chart, and fan project events.

❖ Free Alab can be obtained through video ADs in the store, daily rewards, and by referring friends to use the app.

❖ Option for purchasing Alab points is also available in the store.

❖ Alab doesn’t have an expiry.

❖ Simply go over to Profile > Edit Profile > My Referral Code.

❖  You can use any combinations of numbers, letters and symbol up to 10 characters.

❖  Each referral must be unique. For example (PPOP-1234 ), once a user has this referral code you can no longer use the same code.

❖ You can earn Alab 🔥 from a referral by sharing your referral code from the Profile section.

❖ You and your friend’s accounts can earn 20 Alab 🔥 if they entered or use your referral codes.

❖  Anyone can use your referral codes but you can only add/claim one referral per account.

If you have trouble accessing the apps for the first time despite a stable internet connection. Try accesing the app using  mobile data or a VPN, clear app caches, and wait for the items to load.

The iOS is already available on the Appstore. However, since the app is still on BETA mode, there are issues arises while using the app.

❖ Alab are not refundable once used or after purchase. If the refund reason is valid, we might consider refunding the Alab and refunding the order.
